Welcome to Globe2See. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Globe2See website, applications, and related services.
By accessing or using Globe2See, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Globe2See is a digital travel-planning service that helps users generate, review, and refine travel-related plans, suggestions, itineraries, and related informational outputs.
The Service may include AI-generated content, automated calculations, third-party data, maps, transport information, accommodation information, destination information, and downloadable outputs such as summaries or PDF documents.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account
Some features may require registration or login.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities occurring under your account.
4. Nature of outputs
Globe2See provides planning assistance and informational outputs. The Service does not guarantee:
- availability of any transport, hotel, activity, or restaurant
- final prices or inventory
- legal, immigration, health, insurance, or safety suitability
- error-free or uninterrupted operation
- that AI-generated outputs are complete, correct, or fit for a particular purpose
You are responsible for independently verifying all important travel details before booking or traveling.
5. Third-party services and content
The Service may use or display information from third-party providers, including payment providers and travel or location data providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party websites, their availability, or their content. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
6. Payments, credits, and pricing
Certain features may require payment.
Globe2See may offer paid access, credits, top-ups, or other paid usage models. Prices, credit amounts, and included features are shown at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- payments are charged in the currency shown at checkout
- credits are non-cash, non-interest-bearing usage units for the Service
- credits are not bank deposits, e-money, or stored value instruments
- unused credits are non-transferable
- credits may only be used within Globe2See
We may change pricing, packaging, or credit rules for future purchases at any time.
7. Billing and payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment service providers acting on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms of the payment processor.
We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers unless expressly stated otherwise.
8. Refunds
Because Globe2See provides digital services, generated outputs, and usage-based functionality, purchases may be non-refundable once the paid service, generation process, or credit consumption has begun, except where required by applicable law.

9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently
- interfere with or disrupt the Service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service beyond what is permitted by law
- upload or submit malicious code or harmful content
- use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others
10. Intellectual property
Globe2See, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, and non-user-generated content, is owned by or licensed to GlobeGrow Consulting Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
11. Your content and inputs
You retain rights in the content and information you submit to the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, and use your submitted data as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the Service, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
12. Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
13. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobeGrow Consulting Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, bookings, travel opportunities, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
15. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if necessary to protect the Service, users, or third parties.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
17. Disputes
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at support@globe2see.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts or authorities having jurisdiction in Estonia, subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page, unless stated otherwise.
