Welcome to Globe2See. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Globe2See website, applications, planning tools, Travel Planning Assistant workflow, and related services.
By accessing or using Globe2See, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Globe2See helps you plan before you book. Globe2See is a travel planning and travel budgeting environment, not a booking site.
The Service may include two planning paths:
- Self-service Travel Budgeting Tool, a self-service tool for budget-aware planning, cost estimates, transport comparisons, accommodation, food, activities, other cost categories, plan summaries, plan details, versions, re-runs, and downloads where available.
- Human-supported Travel Planning Assistant, a human-supported planning service where the Digital Assistant helps clarify the request and a human planning specialist prepares planning support according to the agreed scope.
Globe2See does not make bookings for you. Globe2See does not sell, reserve, or issue flights, tickets, accommodation, activities, local transport, visas, insurance, or other travel products.
2. Eligibility
You may use the Service only if you can legally enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account
Some features may require registration or login.
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities occurring under your account.
4. Planning outputs and booking responsibility
Globe2See provides planning assistance and informational outputs. Results may be based on your inputs, automated calculations, Digital Assistant workflows, human-supported review, third-party information, maps, route information, travel data, estimated prices, and available provider data.
Globe2See does not guarantee:
- availability of any flight, ground transport, hotel, activity, restaurant, attraction, local service, or other provider service
- final prices, taxes, fees, schedules, inventory, rules, or conditions
- route feasibility, opening hours, suitability, accessibility, visa or entry eligibility, health requirements, safety suitability, or insurance suitability
- that outputs are complete, correct, up to date, or fit for a particular purpose
- error-free, uninterrupted, or permanently available operation
Before you buy or reserve anything, you must check current prices, availability, schedules, opening hours, route feasibility, visa or entry requirements, health and safety information, provider terms, and other important details directly with the relevant official source or service provider.
5. Self-service Travel Budgeting Tool
The Self-service Travel Budgeting Tool helps users compare before they buy and estimate likely trip costs before booking. Outputs may include concrete offers where available, planning estimates where direct data is unavailable, and calculated or user-adjustable cost categories.
Self-service outputs are planning aids only. They are not booking confirmations, price guarantees, professional travel agency services, or personalized legal, immigration, health, safety, tax, or insurance advice.
6. Human-supported Travel Planning Assistant
The Human-supported Travel Planning Assistant is a planning support workflow. The Digital Assistant may help clarify your request, collect travel preferences, structure questions and answers, and prepare information for review. A human planning specialist prepares planning support according to the accepted scope.
Travel Assistant requests may include messages, files, questions, answers, quotes, payment steps, delivered plans, links, notes, and downloadable materials. You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate, lawful, relevant, and suitable to share.
Human-supported planning is not an emergency service and does not guarantee a specific response time unless expressly agreed in writing. Delivered plans remain planning support and are not booking confirmations.
7. Third-party services and content
The Service may use or display information from third-party providers, including payment providers, map and route providers, travel data providers, transport providers, accommodation sources, destination information sources, and other external websites or services.
We are not responsible for third-party services, third-party websites, their availability, their content, their pricing, or their terms. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
8. Payments, credits, quotes, and pricing
Certain features require payment.
The Self-service Travel Budgeting Tool may use paid access, credits, top-ups, or other paid usage models. Prices, credit amounts, and included features are shown at the time of purchase.
The Human-supported Travel Planning Assistant may use quote-based, request-based, package-based, hourly, fixed-fee, or other pricing models shown or agreed before paid human-supported work is confirmed.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
- payments are charged in the currency shown at checkout or in the accepted quote
- Budget Tool credits are non-cash, non-interest-bearing usage units for the Service
- credits are not bank deposits, e-money, or stored value instruments
- unused credits are non-transferable
- credits may only be used within Globe2See
- Travel Assistant quotes apply only to the scope, request, assumptions, and validity period shown with the quote
We may change pricing, packaging, credit rules, service scope, or quote rules for future purchases at any time.
9. Billing and payment processing
Payments are processed by Stripe or other payment service providers acting on our behalf. By making a purchase, you also agree to the applicable terms of the payment processor.
Globe2See issues its own invoices after confirmed payment where invoicing is enabled. Stripe payment confirmations and Globe2See invoices may be separate records.
We do not store your full payment card details on our own servers unless expressly stated otherwise.
10. Refunds
Because Globe2See provides digital services, generated outputs, usage-based functionality, and human-supported planning work, purchases may be non-refundable once the paid service, generation process, credit consumption, request processing, or human-supported work has begun, except where required by applicable law.

11. User submissions, messages, and files
You retain rights in the content and information you submit to the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
You grant us a limited right to host, process, transmit, translate, summarize, display, store, and use your submitted data as necessary to operate, maintain, improve, secure, and support the Service, including Travel Assistant requests, messages, uploaded files, quotes, delivered plans, and support communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
You must not submit content or files that are unlawful, infringing, malicious, misleading, unsafe, or unrelated to the legitimate use of the Service.
12. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service unlawfully or fraudulently
- interfere with or disrupt the Service
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts
- scrape, copy, resell, reverse engineer, or exploit the Service beyond what is permitted by law
- upload or submit malicious code, harmful files, or harmful content
- misrepresent your identity, payment status, travel requirements, or booking status
- use the Service in a way that infringes the rights of others
13. Intellectual property
Globe2See, including its software, branding, design, text, graphics, and non-user-generated content, is owned by or licensed to GlobeGrow Consulting Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
14. Service changes and availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.
15. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, except to the extent such disclaimers are prohibited by law.
16. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlobeGrow Consulting Ltd. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, bookings, travel opportunities, provider availability, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of GlobeGrow Consulting Ltd. is limited to the amount you paid for the Service giving rise to the claim.
17. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you violate these Terms, if required by law, if payment fails or is reversed, or if necessary to protect the Service, users, staff, providers, or third parties.
18. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
19. Disputes
If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first at support@globe2see.com so we can try to resolve it informally.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts or authorities having jurisdiction in Estonia, subject to mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
20. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version becomes effective when published on this page, unless stated otherwise.
