Globe2See helps you plan before you book. We support two planning paths: the Self-service Travel Budgeting Tool and the Human-supported Travel Planning Assistant.
For help, contact us at support@globe2see.com. You can also use Send feedback when you want to report an issue, suggest an improvement, or include technical details from an error message.
Self-service Travel Budgeting Tool
Use the Budget Tool when you want to compare before you buy, estimate likely trip costs, review budget-aware planning results, save or reopen plans, and use PDF/export options where available.
- Start from Start Budgeting, saved preferences, or a freeform trip idea where available.
- Check your route, dates, travellers, budget, and travel style before generating results.
- Review Plan Summary and Plan Details as planning aids, not final booking confirmations.
- If a saved plan, PDF, payment, credit, or invoice does not look right, include the plan context when contacting support.
Human-supported Travel Planning Assistant
Use the Travel Planning Assistant when you want a human planning specialist to prepare planning help for your trip. The Digital Assistant helps clarify the request; a human planning specialist prepares the plan according to the agreed scope.
- Start from Request Travel Assistant and continue from My Requests.
- Use the request room to follow status, messages, questions, files, quotes, payments, and delivered plans.
- Upload or download files where available, and keep request-specific communication inside the request room when possible.
- Review quotes and scope before approving paid human-supported planning work.
- Use delivered plans, links, notes, and files as planning support before booking directly with providers yourself.
Payments and invoices
Payments are handled securely through Stripe where payment is enabled. Globe2See does not collect or see your payment card details.
- Budget Tool payments and Travel Assistant payments are separate product flows.
- Travel Assistant payments follow the accepted quote or payment step for the human-supported request.
- Globe2See issues its own invoices and sends them to your email after confirmed payment.
- If a payment, invoice, billing status, or quote status looks wrong, contact support and include the plan or request context.
Feedback, errors, and incident IDs
If an error popup includes an error code, incident ID, or technical title, include those details in your support or feedback message. This helps us identify the exact case faster.
You can use Send feedback for general feedback, confusing screens, missing information, unexpected behaviour, or improvement ideas. For Travel Assistant case-specific questions, use the request room when possible so the conversation stays connected to the case.
Important booking reminder
Globe2See is a travel planning and travel budgeting environment, not a booking site. Globe2See does not make bookings for you.
Before you buy or reserve anything, check current prices, availability, opening hours, terms, route feasibility, visa or entry requirements, health and safety information, and provider conditions directly with the relevant official source or service provider.
