How Globe2See Globe2See Travel Assistant Works

Globe2See helps you plan before you book.

How the Globe2See Travel Planning Assistant Works

The Human-supported Travel Planning Assistant is for travellers who want more support than the Self-service Travel Budgeting Tool provides. You describe your trip idea, the Digital Assistant helps clarify the request, and a human planning specialist prepares the plan according to the agreed scope.

Globe2See is a travel planning and travel budgeting environment, not a booking site. Globe2See does not make bookings for you. The Travel Assistant helps you prepare before you buy; you still check final prices, availability, conditions, and make bookings directly with the relevant service providers.

When the Travel Assistant is useful

  • You want human-supported travel planning before booking.
  • You have a trip idea but want help turning it into a clearer request.
  • You want recommendations, useful links, files, or planning notes prepared by a human planning specialist.
  • You want to exchange messages and files inside one request room.
  • You prefer to review a quote before paid planning work begins.

How the process works

  1. Start a request. Use Request Travel Assistant and describe your trip idea, destination wishes, timing, group, budget, travel style, and any special needs.
  2. The Digital Assistant helps clarify the request. You may be asked questions so your request becomes easier for the planning team to understand. You can use freeform writing and voice where available.
  3. Add useful context. You can add messages and files when they help explain your plans, constraints, preferences, or existing bookings.
  4. Review the request summary. Before the request moves forward, check that the summary reflects what you actually want.
  5. Globe2See reviews the request. A human planning specialist or admin reviews the request and decides whether it is suitable for Travel Assistant work.
  6. Receive a quote when paid planning work is needed. The quote covers the planning service and agreed scope. It does not include flights, hotels, activities, restaurants, local transport, or other provider costs.
  7. Accept the quote and pay through Stripe. If you accept the quote, payment is handled securely by Stripe. Globe2See does not collect or see your payment card details.
  8. A human planning specialist prepares the plan. The specialist works on your request, may ask clarifying questions, and prepares the agreed planning material.
  9. Receive the delivered plan. The delivered plan may include messages, recommendations, links, files, and plan versions depending on the agreed scope.
  10. Check and book directly with providers. Use the plan as planning support. Before buying or reserving anything, verify current prices, availability, times, rules, and provider conditions yourself.

What the delivered plan may include

The exact content depends on the request and the agreed quote. A Travel Assistant plan may include a route idea, destination notes, transport suggestions, accommodation areas or examples, activity ideas, food or local information, useful links, documents, or other supporting material.

Some information may be based on available provider data, public sources, or planning estimates. Travel conditions and provider prices can change, so the delivered plan should always be checked before booking.

Messages, files, quotes, and delivered plans

After starting a request, continue from My Requests. The request room is the best place to follow request status, read messages, answer questions, upload or download files where available, review quotes, and open delivered plan material.

Keeping case-specific communication inside the request room helps Globe2See keep the planning context together.

Payments and Globe2See invoices

Travel Assistant payments are connected to the accepted quote or payment step for the human-supported request. Payments are handled through Stripe, and Globe2See issues its own invoice after confirmed payment.

The planning-service quote is separate from your actual trip costs. Flights, hotels, restaurants, activities, tickets, local transport, insurance, visas, and other travel services are booked and paid by you directly with providers.

Important limits and responsibilities

  • Globe2See does not make bookings for you.
  • Globe2See does not guarantee final provider prices, availability, timetables, opening hours, rules, or conditions.
  • Globe2See planning information does not replace official provider information, legal requirements, visa or entry rules, health and safety checks, or your own final review.
  • Before you buy or reserve anything, check the relevant official source or service provider directly.
